Insight Gathering | Project Scoping | Business Analysis | Creative Brief | User and Market Research
First we ask a lot of questions – about your business, your audience, your goals, and your project. Based on the information gathered, we provide an estimate, a timeline with defined tasks and milestones, and a creative brief that becomes the blueprint for the project.
Before taking next steps, we ask that you review and approve the creative brief, sign off the estimate, and pay the agreed-upon deposit.

Colourphill creates distinctive solutions that are results-oriented, so you reach – and impact – your intended audience. Using the approved creative brief as the basis of development, we explore design concepts and present them to you for feedback and further input.
Upon approval of the creative direction, design, layout and development of your deliverables begins. We complete all aspects of creative and production and we will work with you to meet the agreed-upon timelines and approval milestones.
Deliver.
Project management | Production supervision | brand maintenance | AODA Compliance | website Deployment and Maintenance | Managed Web Hosting
At this stage, process is paramount so that your project is delivered on time and on budget. Our laser-sharp focus is on production and fulfillment of your print and/or digital deliverables on schedule, followed by budget reconciliation and invoicing.

WHO WANTS TO READ THE SMALL PRINT? Nobody. But IT PREVENTS MISUNDERSTANDINGS AND OUTLINES HOW WE WORK. SO EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT TO EXPECT.
ESTIMATES Note that our estimates are not quotes. Estimates are based on what we believe your project will cost given the information provided, and prices are subject to change as additional information is supplied. Our estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. Delays beyond our control may increase costs. We will keep you informed of any cost changes that exceed ten (10) per cent of the total. APPROVAL PROCESS The timelines we propose to deliver your project allocates sufficient time for reviews and approvals based on your organization’s preferences. We commence work when the timeline is approved; our expectation is that our clients adhere to the approved project schedule as closely as possible to ensure a smooth flow and delivery. PAYMENT TERMS Colourphill bills work in three stages: one third of the estimate is due in advance; one third is due upon approval of the concept/layout/first draft; the remainder and any additional costs are due upon delivery of all deliverables. WORK STOPPAGE If any phase of the project is client-delayed for longer than sixty (60) days, Colourphill will bill for work completed. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS Past due accounts are subject to a late-payment charge. Colourphill reserves the right to withhold deliverables if payment terms are not met.
